PROCESSING INCLUDES

– Sized & Gauged: Dillon Precision Small Base sizing and gauging using a Dillon Case Gauge.

– Trimmed: 1.745″ ± .003–.005″. Cases measuring under 1.745″ will remain at their existing length.

– Deprimed

– Swaged

– Wet Cleaned

– Corn Cob Polished

BRASS PROCESSING SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

1. PURCHASE THE SERVICE

Purchase the processing service through our website and print your receipt.

2. PACKAGE YOUR BRASS

Package your brass securely in the appropriate USPS Flat Rate Box and include a copy of your receipt inside the box.

We recommend using Pirate Ship for shipping. Pirate Ship may provide discounted shipping rates through USPS and UPS.

Writing your order number on the outside of the box is also helpful.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All of our .223/5.56 brass is processed for use in standard .223/5.56-chambered firearms. We do not guarantee fitment in custom or non-standard chambers.

Depending on the customer’s specific needs, additional preparation may be required, including chamfering, deburring, or belling. Any additional preparation is the responsibility of the end user.

M&S Armament LLC is not responsible for the misuse of processed brass or for damage to the end user’s firearm.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE POLICY

Effective 4-23-20: M&S Processed Brass is not responsible for processing-service packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping to the customer.

USPS includes $99.00 of insurance on eligible shipments. Additional insurance may be purchased to provide coverage for the value of the processing service.

USPS will not pay more than the value of the processing service purchased.

After 30 days, all orders are final.
